How it works

Three steps

  1. Drop the PDF. It opens in the pages view with every page as a thumbnail.

  2. Select the pages to remove. ⌘-click for several, then press Delete or use the context menu.

  3. Export. The new file has only the pages you kept, in the same order.

What stays intact

  • Kept pages are copied byte-for-byte — no re-rendering, no quality loss.
  • Undo brings a page back at any point before export; every step is reversible.
  • You can delete and edit in the same pass: fix a sentence, drop a page, export once.
  • A document always keeps at least one page — the editor blocks deleting them all.

What it will not do

  • A document keeps at least one page: the editor blocks removing them all.
  • Links and bookmarks that pointed at a removed page stop resolving, as in any PDF tool.
  • Removing a page removes everything on it; there is no way to keep an annotation from a deleted page.

Questions about this tool

Can I delete a range of pages at once?

Yes. Select the first thumbnail, then ⇧-click the last one, and delete the whole run.

Are bookmarks and links updated?

The outline is rebuilt from what is left. Links that pointed at a removed page no longer resolve, as in any PDF tool.

Can I get the deleted pages back later?

Undo restores them while the document is open. Signed-in users also have version history to restore from.

Is the file uploaded to do this?

No. Pages are removed in your browser and the result is written there too.
